The China Real Estate Investment Committee of America-China Bridge has developed specialized business research and finance capabilities focused on international investments in the commercial real estate field in China.
The goal is to bring capital and expertise from America and around the world to China’s best growing companies, as the basis of long-term understanding, respect and peace among nations.
The initial project is the Shanghai World Trade Center, being developed by The Bridge and one of China’s largest construction companies. This new high-rise office and commercial center in downtown Shanghai is designed to house the Asian corporate headquarters of Fortune 500 companies. It will include office space, retail, park, theater, museum and conference center facilities. All construction will follow the highest LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standard, and the complex will fully utilize solar, wind and other sources of renewable power.
